This attitude towards mental health has made affected our lives in an unprecedented manner and now we bear it’s consequences in the form of depression, anxiety, stresses, insomnia, etc.
Post-pandemic the World has witnessed a surge in cases of depression, anxiety, stress, etc. It is believed that over 1 billion people worldwide struggle with mental health disorder in one way or the other. We all have a role to play in overcoming the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health issues. It is of dire importance that we all come together to invest our time in-order to address the mental health related issues.

Our combined efforts can create a society where mental health is valued as much as physical health. Where everyone is given an equal opportunity to enjoy and exercise their human rights and where everyone can access the much deserved, mental health care.
Brain is a very complex organ and yet to be fully understood. There are still no bio-markers to identify the mental health disorders and to assess proper treatment for the same.
